CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
/ V& K& a1 q* r0 u- k3 m4 c1 PShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

1 W) v* G0 @; p' X) P$ OKey Responsibilities:
; }3 [4 [. }) t
( c3 E! T* o" y-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
3 q9 B) p9 A% X2 m& Y-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
  w6 x: c5 q3 p6 N- Y9 D-Providing general clerical support to the office.
2 B$ U' f: v. @3 k2 t: ^: _-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

( _. V  ~% _5 f% ^6 i- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  l2 E0 C; x6 y! h  s* z- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
