Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.0 c* X! x. D" e: J7 U+ t9 T5 \' A* e

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials
8 v7 }! K. ]4 s: ?0 nInspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials+ Y" \1 t1 C/ z4 y
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material
" }* m' A5 [$ [% qMust be able to work safely at all times& w/ P9 E6 y% b6 V4 N) f
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently
1 f7 K6 N4 z+ a$ F4 R' ZPerforms routine housekeeping.

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting9 k) C$ Q( }6 i; C$ D9 ~/ V: G
Knowledge of non-ferrous processing4 Z( p7 P; k, j& L. p+ }1 ?" W+ n
High school diploma (Or GED)/ f" Y( `0 z2 Y# C
Well-articulated and assertive% L6 q. w* p% W& p+ G( P9 C
Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization( B# n. P4 | f P
