4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- v7 M& S& G/ }$ O! {2 packages yeast M# X% e$ J/ J ~
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
! ]! z, l0 G" m1 teaspoon salt1 X! L- s% l4 j$ @+ g+ j) L# E, B
1/2 cup pineapple juice
" n$ ?, G1 [/ z. J! h1/2 cup water
; E4 g5 D$ {" E7 e! o0 T5 U1/3 cup shortening3 A! ?9 P z n+ P
1/4 cup honey
" }# _3 Q& A2 J- k' Q z- }5 T2 eggs
5 Y/ E* q! I3 F6 s" ^1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
! s' i1 |; F- ~6 @- F4 usalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
; Q ^/ r: t) S) n$ l, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

/ d4 n2 _" @ F: n$ n) gAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed1 N9 E( b6 O9 g( G* l
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually " F, ]9 n- ^% W: }% `( E l& w4 D( k
stir
; \& `1 U) {+ [! J" r9 }8 f6 Win enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
