适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 _7 b% l! i/ ?0 \

Honey Bread; s5 k  J2 C9 D  z0 S+ l8 U0 n) a
. F& r$ b4 X# h5 B
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR3 R! H& C& r: c# r2 j% p( y
2 packages yeast
9 K- j) Q. W9 ~0 p3 d, o1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
8 t2 u' |% c0 d3 q6 g+ d; ^6 S1 teaspoon salt
' u% L3 e' N$ t* Z  Z3 M1/2 cup pineapple juice3 \5 q) |8 A, o
1/2 cup water! V8 }* d+ m3 w) C# u
1/3 cup shortening
; c& }. ^9 q8 H. E% ^" r+ m, Z2 Q  Q1/4 cup honey3 C4 L+ f- W  Z; j! m" s) X, }$ F
2 eggs9 |# s; ^8 I0 b
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
1 J2 U+ R' z9 @' ~
& G% r6 Y' y+ x6 o+ BIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and' S( |0 ~( }2 r( W
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice( `* b" `5 B  [$ K! h
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;0 f+ u8 o& S2 P# Z" [. U% _
shortening does not need to melt.)
- @, b2 h, f9 C) i# _6 ^4 YAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed# V) ~) Z; n+ S/ g, c+ m
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 6 c; X- Q9 R# t: z( u+ h4 P' l
stir
0 Y- g# B5 F3 M9 kin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured + ^2 r* h7 s4 f' Z" X" x
surface
2 @. F) }0 F5 \until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 _* n! d/ b6 R' ~- h4 y4 xturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes( P1 K: U  y$ ^8 E/ Q4 N- G1 ?- T
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

5 Y. Y' K& H& [% B: T* [Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
' ~- O" p$ s( H8 h: QPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
& v2 G4 `+ P2 W% e6 E( }5 U3 M15
2 p: }7 ]- x$ e1 Z& }9 Oto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly& k& w8 u% q/ F/ X. X5 j, z; f* \5 n
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree ; @0 s- E2 s& m1 ^; H& ?
for7 y" z. f* ~3 k) v
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
