Folks,

Job hunting is a full-time and challenging job itself. It is not easy to keep up your confidence all the time, particularly when you get no response after you've sent out hundreds copies of resume. It will be great if we could share and learn our successful and unsuccessful experiences, identify and then work on our "blind spots". Step by step and day by day, we will present ourself better. Soon or later, we will shot a bear or deer.

Our Chinese are intelligent, brave, adamt and hard working people. We have the guts to meet and will beat the "new challenge".
