how to cook steak

It is very easy!
shake some salt over the steak on both sides.
let it sit there for a about 30 minutes.
put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
% s- k6 X) }, S$ m. Vplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
3 f# V: K7 W% tthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
) J& ?4 p& i+ O- F0 uthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
