适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 q: C2 D3 g- n% r( j0 [6 E2 packages yeast# g5 ~% q7 {% _+ o: }" ~8 P3 T: K
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 G- S+ R0 l+ t" Z5 w" j1 teaspoon salt
1 N% W" k( @& q% R6 a) C+ |1/2 cup pineapple juice
" p, v5 I. e0 u' i' o$ }1/2 cup water
1 y) w9 v- n/ d: W& f  y; z$ \1/3 cup shortening
2 a, G, }+ z, h. g  y, d9 Z( P1/4 cup honey& [! f. Z! T6 t* B/ Q
2 eggs
, r& d" M  W# ]. ~8 i$ j) D: ]1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired9 s: [" s( Y3 _0 {) N. m( J
* R2 F) j) k3 \% ^; h, I: I
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
1 e( d# C; o$ E  t5 ^0 bsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice$ k( J0 ?5 y: t; _/ H' _5 r
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;' f; x" t- @8 `+ K
shortening does not need to melt.)8 f0 ?; {; g. B% ~9 _( Y
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
3 l$ k7 X6 l$ g& Q. G6 muntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

( c) X, ^+ m! `2 D. Sin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured : u3 Y: s& o' z- t3 U% U

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
" i/ o5 ?1 w3 ]" l, }8 S, Xturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.4 V7 Z) j: F% ?$ y
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place # _) u9 ]4 {2 e; @

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree - e7 T+ F3 y# g4 V& w& G

+ r3 H: t! v, ^  K* a35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
