适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

$ u' V7 E+ e+ l  K8 o, J4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
% d( X# x5 K  \# N8 X0 }2 packages yeast
% H: W0 ~4 h% x- F! u8 M1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
! C' l" L: ^# X1 R- V" z' v7 g) W1 teaspoon salt. g0 c0 y. H! T- D+ o& R
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 ~2 G) g! ~/ _+ N1/2 cup water- c- \$ \; P& L. }# S; k7 |6 Z
1/3 cup shortening
+ ~) F( d& ^7 \- c6 ~8 L1/4 cup honey# b0 v7 n8 C, ?
2 eggs
! |# I3 g) T4 @# ?: J1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
' N: `+ p2 e9 K3 y, @1 T/ F! M1 L) ^& _. y
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and/ {; ~% A# F- `. L! B" T
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
( q; i8 [: o- @. O' P& F" c+ N3 `, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;' O/ ^" U: d; |% \
shortening does not need to melt.)
- f' G/ N, G) [5 ]' N+ n% DAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed$ L9 l' ?- @* a% n
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
: `; Z1 ^. @9 t" V/ O* U8 E) g3 bstir+ T: C, B, q* O3 r# ]% `" t2 B& c# w
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
/ r% {/ ~5 j8 Osurface
/ c6 n( _% J, l1 h& luntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
9 m* V  d# \& m$ {$ `turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
  [+ |& j& E# W0 Y3 \(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

4 c7 Y) J5 @( f  VPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
( u; p7 g0 q+ C$ xPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place : l1 [. h8 o4 X

3 P" J# g, m- A0 d1 I$ X0 d6 Y  mbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

; {7 P; Z0 p: ^- y" O2 q1 Q) j2 N# g35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
