next to your skin. Base layers help regulate your body

2. Mid Layer - The purpose of the mid-layer is to; f9 L. ^1 S& K: k" f0 M4 Z. H
capture warmth through trapped air. Typically a mid-layer1 V' W; N1 i& h w- N! a4 E
is a fleece or a thick wool layer.

dress in layers.
